
We love yoga and want to share this beautiful practice with you
Whether you are completely new to yoga or not, you will be warmly welcomed at our Hatha Yoga classes in lovely studios in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.
Classes are led by Ellen, who has practised yoga for over 20 years.
We also offer 121 tuition or bespoke group classes for events, such as a hen do, and for corporates. Please get in touch via the form at the bottom of the page.
ABOUT OUR WEEKLY CLASSES

This class is for anyone who is looking to learn yoga or practice a gentle yoga sequence. We include mindfulness and real yoga poses so that you stretch, and relax.
Everyone is welcome. No prior knowledge needed.

We classic Hatha Yoga sequences, which give your body a good stretch, build focus and strength. We include a meditation practice and teach how you can integrate yoga philosophy into daily life. We warmly invite complete beginners and those with experience to drop in, or book: give it a go.

Drop-in/One off classes are £11, but we encourage you try a multi-class pass (e.g. a three class pass) where classes start from £7 per class. We also have gift vouchers available to buy (click on Book A Class to see all your options).
Class places are prioritised to those who book online or by email.

TAKING YOUR FIRST STEP
ONTO YOUR MAT?
& Yoga is a community of people who share a love of yoga, or are curious to try it out. Our weekly classes are filled with all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome!
✓ No such thing as a ‘yoga body’: Everyone can find something that works for them in yoga. We carefully plan and guide you through each class.
✓ No jargon or lingo: We practice meditation and yoga sequences using everyday language, and demonstrating the poses, to help make it accessible to all.
✓ The ‘& Yoga’ vibe: Our classes are filled with people just like you! You can come alone, or with friends. You will feel welcome and part of a group.
✓ Relax, you deserve it: We end the class with a session of deep rest… which you all deserve.
